Behind the scenes of AngryBuddha Noodle Bar lies a story of friendship, passion, and culinary mastery that spans nearly a decade. Meet the dynamic duo behind this culinary haven: Chef Alfred and Chef Reth.

Their journey began ten years ago when Reth and Alfred crossed paths at their workplace in Sydney. Alfred, with his bold creativity and knack for flavours, was already making waves as a chef, while Reth, with his meticulous attention to detail and reverence for tradition,

set out to craft the perfect bowl of noodles, one that would not only tantalize the taste buds but also nourish the soul.

Good service, each table gets cold lemon water which was really refreshing in this hot weather. Braise pork belly noodle literally melts in my mouth and fried oyster mushrooms were crispy and juicy.
